Audemars Piguet SIHH 2012 Novelties!!

The new 41mm Royal Oak,
Must say i kinda like it better in these pics then the others i've seen

Jumbo with the traditional blue dial with AP logo on 6 o'clock as the original 1972 model and also smaller pattern

40th anniversary skeletonised RO that we all seen by now.

And two more Royal Oaks with Tourbillon

And now the Offshore's....

New Diver in Carbon case with ceramic bezel.
Not my cup of the with the IWC Aquatimer color combo....Yet

New 44mm Offshore in Platinum

Jules Audemars Tourbillon with AP escapement in RG

Thomas,

Excellent pictures as usual!! I am quite upset as you have just cost me quite a bit of money. Hopefully this will be the year I acquire my first AP!

Thanks for the pictures. The two Royal Oak tourbillons are awesome. I'm assuming both are handwinds? They look much nicer than the bumper wind automatic Royal Oak tourbillon Audemars used to make.

I absolutely LOVE the Jumbo. Best re-release ever - no fake patina a la Richemont Group!!! :-)

I have to see the new 15400 in person but smaller tapisserie is a good thing in my book, I wish they extended that to the ROO series as an option as well.

Now can I put that ceramic black bezel on a regular ROO Diver??? :-)

Thank you so much for the pics Thomas. Awesome

Regarding the new 41mm RO I can't say I like it more than the old 39mm. It seems like many prefer the old style of small squares on the dial. Personally I love the bigger ones on the 15300. Kinda feels good to say considering I'm wearing mine at the moment. :)

Edit: Seems like it's only the Jumbo who went back to the small pattern. Good for AP to make a real 'hommage'. I'm sure it will be appreciated.

Only thing I really like more with the 15400 compared to it's little brother is the seconds hand. I'm sure I might like a lot more once I try it on in the store... :)

Awesome Thomas! Thanks for sharing!

Here's a quick comparative photo I made. I much prefer the 15300 with the bigger AP logo and smaller sticks. I'm not saying the 15400 looks bad, I just like the 15300 better

And I think the 41mm would be too big for my wrist... Damn, I need to eat more

Love this year AP especially keeping the look of original 1972. Here is a better pic.

Man I love that first pic. Is that a white or silver dial? Maybe they'll be out by the time I'm in Vegas in September?!?!?

I definitely dont like the longer Hour markers on the new one, seems weird how they go all the way to the rehaut. Seems like they had more space before. Looks closer to the new ROO now.

The new ROC looks amazing thou

So far i like the 15300 better then the 15400, But who knows what i'll think when i get a chance trying them on

The "new" 15202 is clearly a winner in my book and it will highly appreciated among collectors and AP fanatics as myself

The 15300 will still be available for a couple of years while phasing it out of production, So all you guy's that prefer the 15300 and is thinking of getting one your not all out of luck

The new ROC actually looks beautiful, However question is will it be as comfortable as the 39mm ROC?
As you all know the ROC in 39mm wears quite a bit larger then your "regular" Daytona which is by the way one of the most comfortable watches i have worn

Carbon diver with the chapter ring and hand set from the ss would be cool. :)

Now we're talking! (And talking about well over $30,000 also...) I figured putting a ceramic bezel on a ss Diver would be more affordable! :-)

Vanliga Divern ligger på 145,000kr om jag inte minns fel, Så en i carbon med keramisk bezel ca 210,000 give or take.
