Vintage Skindiver Watches

Just brought my 2nd one in a couple of weeks. Mid-60s, 38mm with 20mm lugs and a superb dial.

I’m not actually sure! The base of the dial says ‘swiss made t’ suggesting tritium. After flashlight is put on it, it glows for about 10 secs.

eBay! I spent a couple of weeks looking and comparing quite a few.

This was the Cronel I bought a couple of weeks ago. The dial was blue originally and has faded much as some of the old blue Submariners have.

Great looking watch and seems you have found one with the wonderful Titus Calypsomatic case which is very close to the vintage small crown subs. The amazing drilled lugs that take oem Rolex springbars is a real treat too

That’s exactly what is so appealing. The case is around 38mm and 20mm lugs.
It’s so perfectly balanced. (Just for the record I’m now selling the Cronel).

I owned too many random vintage divers (skin divers) to count and once you have this case there is no going back.

Enjoy and here is a pic of my rebuilt Titus Calypsomatic :)
