He can do whatever he likes, for sure, and this type of crazy over the top piece probably fits with his flamboyant persona.

But still - the entire company seems designed to appeal to low end oligarchs. The ones that stole a few hundred million in natural resources wealth in the 90s, but aren’t important enough to get an invite to Putin's not so secret palace to check out his Lange turbograph and don’t get on the boards of western arts foundations, etc.
