Help identifying an Omega Seamaster DeVille

Hi guys!

I have some trouble with information about this beautiful Omega Seamaster DeVille.

I only have these details:

Omega Seamaster DeVille
Automatic
Gold front and lugs, steel back.
Front opening. Does not have a backplate to take/screw off.
The most beautiful silk dial that is mint condition. I have tried to capture it on the photos.

My guess is, that it could be ref. 166020, because judging from the looks of an google search, it kinda looks the same.

EDIT: I now think it might be a KM6292 cal. 563.

Hope somebody has som great information on this beautiful watch :)

Now that examined the watch under a magnifying glass i found something i could not see with my naked eye.

There are some engravings on the back, they are "home made", like with a very sharp and fine tip.

The read as following:
R289255
R28444
R284065
R319625

P258

The engravings are barely visible with the naked eye, and that is why i can not photograph them. Now what the devil can all these numbers mean?

The reference number is located on the inside of the back.

It is a front load watch. I cannot tell if you have to take the bezel or the crystal off from the photo. I think bezel.
Then the crown has to be yanked out, it is a 2 piece stem that is held in place by tension.

Best to be done by a watch repairman unless you are pretty handy.
I always have a tough time getting the crown back in.

I think you are right on the 166.020. Omega used a lot of different dial variations
