Icon5 Genuine ROLEX watch winder.

Just picked up this winder on eBay, apparently they're very rare and were only given as gifts but never sold at dealers. Can anyone confirm this?

They did offer the winders as gifts, yes. Certain jewelers may have also sold them too. Kubik made them if I recall correctly. Looks like a current model with fawn leather. They used to offer brown and green Jubilee patterning as well

They are genuine. Were for sale in the UK for £700 each if I remember right. There were four types, two green and two brown. One plain leather and the other with the jubilee design.
I had one

I'd be interested in knowing what you paid for it, if that's not asking too much.

Kubik sold at ADs

I was at a AD yesterday. They had two of the Kubik single watch winders for sale, one brown and one black both had the Rolex repeating Jubilee patern Logo embossed in leather looking outer shell. I think the cost was about $700 each.

Made by Kubik for Rolex and IMHO very very overpriced for what they are,and no Rolex watch needs any sort of machine winder. Most have two perfect winders attached to there arms called wrists and what the watch was designed for.

Rolex New Goods will replace the broken watch mount. Bring the busted bit to your local ORJ and they can send it in for a replacement. I've sent several out for clients

For anyone in the UK wondering what these fetch, this one's the exact same model that I have but just in a different colour leather... Obviously quite rare and sought after by the look of it. Mine's currently looking after my SUB while I enjoy the GMT.

They are not rare and like anything the price is only what someone with more money than sense will pay.

Clearly they are as there is currently only 1 available on eBay at an exorbitant price, if they were commonly available there would be plenty to choose from. But there isn't... Ergo, RARE! Obviously you're not a fan but that doesn't mean that they aren't sought after by those that are.

Just saw one in Denver, I was wrong about the $700 price tag in earlier post,, with Jubilee monogramed case it's $850 plus tax. (too much for me).

Scott, if you wish to post in the wtb section you’ll need to become a pledge member.
