I purchased a new lot and am going to build a downsized home for Mrs. Chitwood and myself. It's 2.3 acres of trees with a small cleared area in the center for the house on a rise of about 40 feet above surrounding land. These are window views from four sides of the house. It's crawling with deer, wild turkeys, and black bears. Even an occasional cougar sighting.










The Pelican River runs across the front of the lot:

After Hurricane Mathew went through. Couple down trees but not as much clean up as i was expecting.
