Icon15 Milsub Dial by singer?

It seems one of these dial came up for sale, but its damage and will not bring much value to the existing milsub.. (fun to collect though)

I'm curious...is this a true milsub dial? things check out fine to me..however I never seen the how the back looks on a milsub...

Any comments or advice?
