This maybe real, or at least a picture of a real Daytona. The model appears to be an 116523 and a Y serial#. The box looks to be what the older 1652x's came with (same as I have).

Auction is listed as accepting Paypal. BUT the description reads

OK super duper power money makere for eBay. He offeres PayPay and won't accept it. Reported should be interesting as this takes money out of eBay's pocket.
