Is this the original dial?

Hi everyone,

Was hoping to gather collective thoughts from the group. How does this dial look to everyone? Do both the hands and dial appear to be original? Thanks for any feedback!!

You need to post the beginning of the serial number to determine whether or not this dial might be original to your watch.
