Winding speed hand wound pam

I was wondering; is there any difference between fast & slow winding i.e. turning the crown? Namely, instructions just state to wind until it stops; but there is no instruction such as to be carefull; wind cautiosly etc. Does winding the crown fast or faster can cause any problems with caliber etc. P6000 which is in pam i own seems roboust; i find more pleasure in winding faster and than slowing down before hitting the end.

Keep calm and wind on. No worries either way and I tend to wind like you.
