Isnt this the same base movement in the 5990 and chrono?

I think not only the R version precipitated the decline in the G price but for practicality purposes, the 5164a has the same complication as the 5524 at lower price in Aquanaut case and is probably preferred more now than when it first came out back in 2012. Well, the worlds round.

As to the 5522 Pilot no complication steel, looks like the price is holding better than its older sibling, maybe due to its limited edition.
