Thought of a Panerai but.....

Went with this.

Looks close to 12 so maybe the date was changing. What model # is this and how big does it wear on the wrist (ie like a 40 or a 42 or a 44 if round dial)? Just trying to get a sense of the wrist prescence. Thanks.
