Questionable 116613

While browsing, I came across this watch.

The blue in the insert looks off, and the SEL appears to have bare steel showing on the sides.

Could be wrong?

Upon second look, it could just be weird lighting.

My biggest concern was the appearance of bare steel on the sel.
