Its the schools and its a captive market if you want that school Its fairly priced within the neighborhood vs comps my issue is more the fact people who could live there, dont and then cheat to get their kids into the school they want. I have no issue for people who dont live there and get into the school for other reasons, as i think you can test into the school from outside of the boundaries and a certain number of slots are for that. Its highly compensated professional types being cheap and saying they live where they dont. Its the worst kind of tax avoidance
