Lost Chrono Pusher

Just looked down at my watch and realized I was missing one of the ceramic pushers. Has anyone else had this issue before?

Not heard much about this on the Ceramics, saw this a few times on the rubber ones.

Can you still push it to start the chrono? Guess you have to send it in to the service centre or maybe try to call them, have the part ready / in stock and then they could do it for you there and then?

Yes chrono still works. Guess I’m going to have to send it to Clearwater. Kind of annoying, I don’t really use the chrono a lot and haven’t hit the watch on anything, so having a hard time understanding how it would come off.

Not surprised, other people have their bracelet pushers fall off.

Who would think something that cost $15k can’t hold a screw.......

The watch had to have a complete service done to get the part fixed. I got an email with link for payment which I paid the other day. Anyone else find that they are really slow at responding to emails?

Wasn't that covered under warranty (assuming the watch was still under warranty)?

No. Watch was out of warranty for 1 year.

Ah .. thanks for clarifying. Bite the bullet I guess. Small price considering such an awesome watch.

Not mine ... I borrowed for a couple of days a while ago. Loved every second.

Yes, I felt it looked really poor with the missing chrono pusher. I’m wondering what other people have got for response time from them. The watch was done on Tuesday and I paid the invoice that day. I still haven’t got any info on when it will be shipped. Seems to take at least a day for them to respond.

At one point I had 3 Offshore chronos, never had this issue. Ever.

4 ROO chonos here. Three 44mm and one 42mm with ceramic pushers and never had one fall off.

When I dropped it off I asked if they had seen this before and they said that they see it from time to time. Happens more with the 44’s than the 42’s and that’s why new pushers and a crown are included in their full service.

I ended calling them as I was getting tired of waiting a day or two for them to respond to my emails, about getting the watch shipped back to me, only for them to respond with another question for me. A little annoyed that they said they would reach out to me next week to coordinate shipping it back.

Could have just knocked the other pusher off as an alternative.

Nice to see your watch back!
