Glashutte Original service in USA?

Glashutte Original has service center in USA? I looked on their website but couldn't find the information.

Thanks.

I believe since they are part of Swatch that they are serviced in Secaucus, NJ.

Yes Secaucus NJ is correct. I’m trying to post a PDF of the instructions but it doesn’t seem to be working.

I've had consistently poor experiences having Omega watches serviced by Swatch Group in the US. If I had a GO needing service I would be researching the procedure for sending it to the GO factory in Germany for that.

I tried to contact their via their website regarding servicing a GO watch, but I didn't get a reply. It was weird. I didn't expect that from a luxury brand.

Ugh. It's possible a GO Boutique or AD in the US would discuss and advise on the matter. It's a stretch to think they might ship the watch to Germany for you (if that's your preference), but perhaps someone experienced with the brand can say if/how that's done.

Alternatively, it occurs to me that Nesbit's Fine Watch Service may be an authorized GO "Service Partner" in the US. I know Nesbit's is Omega-authorized, and that's under the Swatch Group umbrella, so perhaps they also have a parts account and technical expertise for GO. Nesbit's is the go-to for me and many others around the Forum for service to Omega watches, offering quick turn times, good communication, and consistently good quality of service.

Contact Jan Nesbit for info. She'll let you know right away if they're hooked up with GO
