Tritium hands and dials on Speedmaster 3592.50 s.

Hello

I have developed an interest in older Speedmasters but I don't know much about them at all. I'm hoping that someone can help me with some questions.

I'm looking at the 3592.50 model. The "Hesalite Sandwich" model from the late 1980s to mid 1990s.

There have been a couple advertised this year. Looking at the colour of the tritium hour markers on the dial, they tend to be a noticeably different colour to the tritium on the hands. The hands appear to be much whiter than the hour markers. Is this normal? The watches are described as having original hands and dial. I would like to know if this difference in colour is normal for these watches?

Thanks very much.
