Datejust II would be the model if it's real. Looks like someone swiped a prisoners personal belongings bag

Right?! Great guess - it's an airport security bag.

How much do you have to pay for it. It's a toss up. I don't see any obvious reason to think it's fake but it's in a bag! Lol

I'd probably have to go $5-6k for the bagful.

Fun to think about but I'd have to say no. Even if real the owner that left it behind could have reported it lost / stolen to Rolex and you go to service it and it's gone.

Great point. If authentic, I do hope the true owner recovers it. Unless they've already collected the insurance $$$

Tough to tell from the pictures but the bezel doesn't look right.

The bezel looks way too fat, although it could be angles and the fact that it's in a plastic bag.

What is that, a customs confiscated asset sale grab bag?

I first thought TSA, but then why would they seize watches? Maybe watches people forgot in those trays...

They seize fakes and lob them into used sandwich bags. Real ones go to auctions with washrooms and climate control.

Not a Rolex expert by far but my first reaction upon seeing the pic was the bezel is off / too wide in line with others.

Assuming it's a DJII, they had proportionally wider bezels for their size, but this bezel seems to have more and closer flutes than I believe it should have. Just an observation but it would appear to me that the flutes on the bezel should be further apart and deeper cut. My vote says it likely fake.

Very close - it's an airport lost & found auction bag. FYI, it sold for $5,400!

I agree with others here that the bezel just doesn't look right.
