Datejust on a president bracelet? Is it even real? Please Help

Hi TRF. I’m considering getting this Datejust, but I’m concerned. I don’t think they ever came on a president bracelet, but I’d be ok with it being swapped in. However, after doing some research it doesn’t look like a president bracelet should be able to fit a DJ since the case shape is different by the lugs. Is this bracelet even legit? Thanks in advance.

.
Bracelet appears legit, rough shape but appears legit.

They are used on Rolex Datejust Models such as 116200,11600,116234.

Better pictures to include the insde of the bracelet endlinks.

The bracelets will fit just fine on a DJ.

However, I don't believe that is a legitimate President bracelet.

I am not an expert on President bracelets, but the engraving looks really bad.

Thanks. Why do you think? Also, I’ve seen the end links on other president bracelets that look “flatter” or in other words don’t conform to the roundness of the case. Look at the images below

That bracelet is 1000% fake. The CL5 engraving is a known replica engraving

Because the clasp says 72200 and Steelinox, the fit is just another flag.

Thanks. I did a quick search but could not find a single Datejust with a president bracelet. I looked at these models, but only saw oyster. (Similar end links tho) I’ll try to get a shot of the end links.

A stainless steel bracelet is not a President bracelet!

This is the garbage that your bracelet came on originally. Not one part is real and none of it is 18K. That bracelet needs to be smashed with a hammer and thrown in the garbage.

Absolutely. And one leads to the other. Thank you all. I’d be a sucker without the knowledge in by Dan and the rest of this forum. Hope to one day have enough of my own to contribute. Thank you all.

Private seller? How do you plan on handling the “pass” on the watch?
