New Pelican Travel Case for Sea Dweller

Hi guys,
I recently bought this Pelican Model 1120 and created a great storage case for some of my Rolex watches. I am very pleased with how it turned out...this thing is virtually indestructible.

I also thought that the Coast Guard Orange was a great color choice with regard to the contents! The cases are available on Amazon (with foam) at a great price.

Might be a cool idea to replace the logo on your red case with a "Bio Hazard" sticker. I bet folks would stay the heck away from it!

How hard was it to cut out the foam?
Did you cut the foam you removed to put in the bracelets?

The cases come with foam that is pre-perforated, so you just lay out your design and then punch out the blocks you don't need. I am going to buy pieces of round pipe insulation to put the watches on, but right now I am just using the pieces I punched out temporarily. Works great!

My 1120 is configured a little different, but I also like the cases.

My little girl just had to get in the picture

I have one of these for my cigars when I travel. They are wonderful cases and can take just about any abuse you throw at them.

Very nice Charles.
Man,you need to have some guts to travel with all that metal, shouldn't you just strap one on and hit the road while leaving others at home ??

ps. in case it just feels good to have the box even if you'll never use you don't need to answer..
