Comparing the warranties on my wife's F and my Z and don't see a country code on the warranty for the Z series GMT II.... I guess Rolex changed the warranties?

It´s the USA certificate you have there and it looks ok. The
country code #170 is from Italy.

Yep! Jocke is spot on.

Country codes on watches coming to the USA were done away with sometime in the 80s if memory serves.

Yes. Both of my CC have no country code on them.

You got the new one. The credit card type warranty is the new waranty certificate.
