what years of production?
i think its a manual winding movement...
is it worth much today?

Looks like its from the 1980s yes its a manual wind Rolex 1600 movement 19 Jewel.As for price if 18kt gold around $1800 to $2200 retail, selling quite a bit less.

by the way it is white gold, i think....

i think i found the gold stamp on the left side of the watch
