And it’s here folks!! This thing is a beauty. General observations:

The blue dial is gorgeous and looks almost black indoors, then dances in the light. Even more different in sunlight vs artificial light (see pics).

The rubber strap is a bit too bright, but nice and sporty

The leather strap is amazing - deep, Royal Navy color (almost black) and fits well with the watch.

Strap sizes have gotten bigger. I had a 312 and was on the second last hole. For this, I am on the last hole. I have a 6.5” wrist.

Case size is perfect. It’s a good decrease from the older 1950 in the 312.

The blue rubber is too much blue, same for the alligator I feel. Throw the oem black rubber on it and you have a winner.

Thanks everyone.

The blue croc is AMAZING. It’s a deep Royal Blue and almost looks black. I really like it. But agree regarding the rubber, it’s too bright. I might get a RubberB black and blue dual color strap. Or might get the Panerai Sportech with blue stitching.

Love the 1313 with blue strap.

Maybe a solid dark grey or black rubber strap?

I’m not totally sold on Rubber B for Panerai, as they fill the end links.

When I bought my 1313, Bal Harbour swapped the blue OEM rubber for a black OEM rubber at my request. Panerai over did it a bit with the color on the stock rubber strap.
It is very, very bright blue. Forgive me, but to my eye it cheapens the look of the watch. I will try to take a picture with the black rubber strap and post.

Overall loving the 1313.

I like the fact that it is simple and versatile.

The leather strap makes it look like a dress watch while the blue rubber strap truly gives the sporty look.
Blue dials are always my preferred choice too.

Agreed, and overall, just too much blue anyway.

Awesome - please do post a pic. Would be great to see that combo.

I am really digging the sportech strap with blue stitching.

Looks awesome. I'm sure an Asso strap would be a killer combo on that one. Enjoy!
