3126 / 3840 Moving Hands Backwards
With the time change in the US happening overnight tonight, I remembered that my ROO user manual has an arrow pointing forwards only for time setting (while my 15500 has arrows going both directions). On my ROO, do I have to advance 23 hrs and change the date all the way around, or is it OK to move hands back one hour with this movement?
