If you have the 116710LN and the white dial 116520 and you would like to add more color in your collection as you said and you like the jubilee as you said then the 126710BLRO Pepsi will fit in your collection better than the two choices you are looking at.
The all black GMT is very similar to BLNR. The BLRO will appear a much more different watch within your existing collection

Get the BLNR and add a Speedy Pro for the black Chrono.

Daytona all day. All day. If it ends up being your only Rolex even better. 4 years ago I set out to buy my first Rolex and it was always the Daytona. The ultimate watch.

If you can get your hands on one, I’d say Daytona all day.

Depends what else is in your collection but GMT for me. I’d rather have the date and second time zone functions. Luckily there isn’t a wrong answer between these two, they’re both incredible pieces.

Tough choice

I guess I’d pick Daytona if I had too. But it’s tough. Both are great in their own way.

I have both. Sounds like you going with grey pricing. If that’s the case then decide when you try them on. If you have smaller wrists like mine the Daytona would be best.

That’s not to say the BLNR isn’t comfortable, but the Daytona feels lighter.

FWIW the gmt gets most of my wrist time.

At retail or grey market price?

Actually, doesn’t matter, either way, I’d go Daytona here. I like both watches, so I am not biased.

I feel exactly the same way about GMT as a complication. I really wonder if the people that constantly say “more useful complication” actually use it when traveling. And if they do, how poor their math skills are. It’s is way faster to do the math in your head. It’s juts more efficient.

GMT always has people arguing its useful and Daytona always has people saying it’s not useful. The useful complication argument either in favor or against a GMT or Daytona is silly to me.

I have a GMT LN and a Daytona C black dial. I travel a lot and I don’t really need to look at my watch to track different time zones. Daytona will always win.

On paper certainly Daytona. But I so far have 4 GMTs and no Daytona :-)
I always though the Daytona is a bit busy for my test. But will certainly got one sometime. And my pic will be the white gold blue dial

GMT vs. Daytona

Gmt for me. The Daytona is too mainstream. The gmt is wore by 007 Agent James Bond that’s cool enough for me.

I know this will be controversial, but will say it anyway: Daytona any day. That is because Daytona is the single most sought after watch, period. Even though I currently prefer the GMT, knowing myself, the Daytona would grow on me in time

Gmt but I'm biased. I work in a place where we can't have our cell phones but need to look at two different time zones

Overall I prefer a GMT to a Daytona. But if I had to choose between these two exact models, it would be the Daytona hands down.

I would choose Daytona between those two, but if GMT were a Pepsi, it might change many voters’ minds.

Since I already own a Pepsi, I’d say Daytona, but I would choose a white dial 166500 if I had the choice through my AD.

GMT vs. Daytona

No contest. Daytona. It is iconic with a deep history. It will live forever. There is a reason why the most expensive watch is a Daytona at 18mil. It is very special for a reason.

Only reason some says GMT because they’re missing a Daytona in their collection.
