For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 27mm by 47mm 18 karat rose gold Jaeger-LeCoultre Grand Reverso Ultra Thin Duoface. The 278.2.54/Q3782520 comes with box and factory service papers. The watch was serviced by JLC in October 2021 where the watch received a complete overhaul of the movement, and a polish. The Grand Reverso features two dials, one of which is silver with stick/Arabic indices and small seconds at six. The other is a black guilloche dial with stick indices and day/night indicator. The previously polished case is in near mint condition with no noteworthy imperfections apart from the case back which shows signs of wear and remains unpolished as to preserve the factory engravings. The watch is mounted on a black alligator strap with an 18 karat rose gold tang buckle. The strap has slight wear, more notable on the inside than the exterior. Powering the 278.2.54/Q3782520 is a caliber 854a/2 with an approximate power reserve of 42-hours.
