My latest watch is an Omega Globemaster

IMHO and personal taste, this is one of the most beautiful everyday watches available and the movement is a work of art topped off with a complex multi-component back containing sapphire crystal and the constellation medallion

The build is impeccable

Long story short, Rolex, Omega and others make beautiful watches. Buy what appeals to you and not just because of brand. That is a sure way to chase wearing disappointment

Current Speedmasters or older Seamasters. The 1120 SMP is 11.5mm thick and my most comfortable watch with that bond bracelet!

Colonelpurple above, that Globemaster is unreal!

OP, I really wish you an answer to your question.

I won't be abe to help though. I love Rolex Subs and SkyMasters but am selling a Daytona as I prefer the older SpeedMaster.

So, like the rest of us. Just go with what brings you the happy.

Best of luck to you.
