I think the small is a much better fit for my GMT /SubC/ and DSSD. I have both sizes. I use the large for my Suunto dive computer watch

It's a very nice case for the price. Fits all my Rolexes and plenty of other larger watches that I own as well. It seems slightly roomier inside than the Casebudi, but I kind of like that, I stuff a microfiber cloth inside and give my watch a polishing before u put it on!

I am in the camp of "on the wrist".

Never understood why you would want to pack something as unnecessary as a second watch when travelling.

Firm believer in travelling light.

One carry on backpack is all I take for any trip anywhere for any length of time (unless I am bringing dive gear, that is a whole other ball game).

Longest trip so far was 7 weeks in europe in the winter. Same carry on backpack.

I would never take two watches on a trip. Have fun, forget about multiple watches, that an at home thing. if you cannot, just roll it up in a sock. Far safer than a watch case which screams there is a watch inside.

I just bring the one on my wrist, and never take it off.

I always pack multiple watches, that's the joy of owning several, I'm always switching them up. Went to St. Lucia two weeks ago and took 4 Rolexes...I wore all of them. I just have a simple travel watch case from Ebay:

I am seeing three casebudi options on Amazon:

Small that holds watches up to 38mm : https://www.amazon.com/CASEBUDi-Watc...words=casebudi

Large that holds watches up to 50mm : https://www.amazon.com/CASEBUDi-Watc...words=casebudi

Amazon's choice that holds watches up to 44mm : https://www.amazon.com/CASEBUDi-Watc...words=casebudi

What does one recommend for a GMT-Master II? Thank you in advance.

Got this sweet roll from Hodinkee. Amazing quality. Super soft leather.

One Rolex for me, and when I travel it stays on my wrist. I'll put it on the nightstand when I sleep, but otherwise it stays right where it's supposed to be.

Casebudi, similar to the Oakley watch vault. Used to do the sock thing until I started driving me crazy.

How do I travel with my Rolex?

There are many options: by car, by airplane, by train, by bus, etc....

Sometimes I use the Rolex coffin case which is the most protective travel case but pretty bulky. And sometimes using the green felt pouch or a bubble wrap envelope. I just insert a bit of styrofoam in the middle of the bracelet.

Whenever I travel across time zones, I usually have my Explorer II Polar or my GMT Batman and wearing it. the only 2nd watch I might carry is an Apple Watch, and the Rolex stays in the hotel safe when it's not on my wrist.

On my wrist.... .
Ok, if I'm also taking another watch, ie my Tudor, I carry it in a Rolex pouch and keep it in my 'murse/hand bag for inflight.

I only take one watch when I travel. However, there are places I go for work where everything has to be put through a scanner. I have no choice in that matter.

I carry a watchpod as mentioned previously and it works fine. They are cheap so I have 1 in each travel bag just in case.

I take one watch when I travel. A Rolex on my wrist. When flying I'll put it in a watch pouch and stow it in my carry on backpack with my wallet and ring. Going through TSA l only carry my I.D. on my person. I dont want to take any chance of being delayed by an agent.

I’d wear both pieces on the plane. Then, I’d keep one in a safe. Are both insured? Are you storing in backpack after arrival...if so don’t bring the second piece. If flying, wear both , one one each wrist. That’s what I’d do, even if it looks weird. Use your arms as the transport. Or wear both on one wrist. Or place on companion wrist if applicable. But if you can’t access a safe, I’d recommend foregoing two pieces

I only travel with one watch at a time. But you can travel with the other in a travel pouch or watch pod type of case if you’d like.
