Best watch for $100

I’d totally try to get a Tissot at a discount.

They are wonderfully made Swiss watches, established manufacture with history and pedigree, beautifully designed.

Perhaps an antique Tissot, or even a Mido if you can find a good antique one?

If you can stretch just a little, this from a grey dealer:

I have very little complaints about this for the price... I do feel it wears a touch large at 40.5mm and being all dial, but I think they now make 36mm version too.

The Bambino comes in several dial colors and a few different styles... The one I posted is version 3.

My vote goes towards a G-Shock as well. The “go anywhere, do anything” watch. I would start with a DW5600. In about 3 months, you will have a collection of gshocks. Guaranteed.

Another vote for GShock.

I also like the simple look of a Daniel Wellington watch.

Good looking watch, similar design to the Patek 3417 amagnetic (one of my favorites.

Without a date window would be next level bargain. .
