Where is my Cybertruck?

Anyone have the real scoop on the Tesla Cybertruck? I have a reservation for the Cyberbeast and would like to know how long I'm realistically going to be waiting if I just placed an order recently.

Not sure about them - but the Tesla Dealer in St. Louis had 4 of them on the lot and I saw one in the wild a couple days before. They may have been sold - but thought it was odd to see that many on the lot.

I was in CA two weeks ago and saw a lot of them. I’ve only seen one in Houston. Maybe they are slowly making their way to TX.

My wife's colleague just picked his up last week after a three year wait.

He won't drive it on the highway, as it brings to much unwanted attention. He's afraid someone is going to crash into to him while speeding up to catch a glimpse of it.

I’ve seen about a dozen of them on the road here in Southern California.

They are made in Texas, at the Austin plant.

Saw one in Denver the other day. It was on a trailer on our major east west highway so may have just been passing through. I kind of liked it.

I’ve been critical of EVs on this forums in the past. But I like that Cybertruck and I like it a lot.

It is easy in the world to live after the world's opinion; it is easy in solitude to live after our own; but the great man is he who in the midst of the crowd keeps with perfect sweetness the independence of solitude.
Ralph Waldo Emerson

I think most people find it abhorrent. I find it kind of cool, myself

Personally I think it's a ridiculous mess that will soon be sitting on the automotive junk heap of history. But it will always be a collectors item much like the DeLorean.

A lot of people these days have a lot of money to throw around and it's just another "must have".

Maybe it's a sign of the times....a bunker car.

BMW does proper personal security armor in cars with style and luxury. If I’m going to buy a bunker car it’s going to have a kidney grill.

I was talking more about the visuals than the armor plating.

I think the Musk-mobile was designed to deflect radar better than the BMW.

Radar doesn’t rip your body apart. I’ll take the armor plate and the stylish ride.

I think this is the optional helmet that Musk designed for it as well.

I just saw one in Houston yesterday for the first time in person and that thing is a beast for sure. I was surprised how big it was.

I like it. If I had a lot of farm land I’d love to rip around in one.

Gross. These will be worth fractions on the dollar in very short order, just like the rest of the Tesla product line up.

Imagine buying an $80+ truck that you are too afraid to drive on the highway. Wild.

I hope more people would buy them; I need some boost on the stock price for my TSLA shares.
