Vat return in EU

Hello I am a non EU resident and will be travelling to Denmark and Sweden wanted to ask here how much is the vat return on lets say 150,000 dollars worth of two watchs.. secondly how is the vat returned is it instantly at the airport ? My exist from the counties mentioned above will be Middle East won’t go to any Country upon exit ... first post here I guess so hopefully get some feedback ...
