There are plenty of options, although you should start with the proper tube for the model you are working on.

If you have some slightly damaged threads in the case, you may be able to make them usable with a Rolex Case Tube Thread Chaser.

If they are completely damaged you can find inserts (Heli-coil type) that require you to over-drill the hole and thread the insert in place.

You can drill the hole out and press-fit in a whole new chunk of metal, then properly drill and thread the plug.
