I noticed this too. At the bottom it says "All parts are replaced on a trade-in basis, " as is standard with RSC service, but then it says "Return old bezel insert back to customer" in the notes - something that Rolex famously doesn't do.

Is it correct to say reluming is not considered refinishing?
To me refinished means stripped, repainted etc.

That’s my opinion, though many others probably differ. Now, when I say relumed, I mean as it was done by Rolex on a service dial.
