Rolliworks Service
Sent my Oysterquartz Day-Date to Rolliworks for service. It came back running and looking like new.
Followed up by sending my Oysterquartz DateJust to Mike.It came back in top order as well. Then it developed a problem. Contaced Mike at Rolliworks, he sent a PREPAID shipping label, corrected the problem, and sent it back to me at HIS expense. That is what I call real service. I HIGHLY recommend Rolliworks. |

Pretty shabby botching an Oysterquartz service, a child could handle them. Not surprised he wanted to get it fixed for you.

Would love some pictures of the Oyster Quartz.
Probably one of the more difficult watches to polish whilst maintaining crisp lines

Those dudes do awesome work. My 16660 came back running perfectly and the braclet service was insanely good. Would recommend 10/10.

well some people don't want talk about price of Rolli for a reason!
I called them about 2months ago about getting service for my explorer 2. Mike quoted "$500 to polish the case, $200to polish the bezel, bc the bezel needs extra work,$700 to service the moment" the total cost is $1400 not including parts replacement. I ended up to go back to RSC Bh, for a total of $750, not just got my watch back with a Rolex service warranty card. |

That is great to hear that RW stepped up and quickly fixed it. That is the mark of a good watchmaker. Sometimes a watch develops an issue weeks or months after a service. That is what the warranty is for. It sounds like other then being out the watch for a little bit more, everything else is covered.
Pay no attention to the trolls. As for the Oyster quartz, does Rolex even work on them anymore? Enjoy your "new" old Oyster quartz watches |

I have used them before, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They did a great job on my DJ!
