You should likely not be looking at if a watch will be "a valuable piece in years to come".
If we had that crystal ball, we would only be buying watches that will make us rich. The vast majority do have good return if needed, but very few actually reach the level of a more valuable piece than any other like model. Historically, Pearl Masters are not a player in the collectors pool. If you hang with the Country Club set, they are quite popular.

If you think that gold and diamonds are good investments, buy gold and diamonds. Generally speaking, ladies watches do not hold their value.

My answer is a resounding “no”.
Firstly, the Pearlmaster itself is a niche variation that few are sold. That kind of rarity won’t change for decades IMHO. Next, the ladies I know do not want to buy used jewelry/watches. That too may not change for decades. If you wanted to gift one to a special person, would you buy it used? I think not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Taste is very subjective, so if you want a flash Harry Blingy watch then go for it; but why not try a midsize Bicoloured Datejust, classy, but understated. Good luck.
