2017 Porsche Panamera

Well today I saved close to $50k!!! Today I drove the 2017 Porsche Panamera. Did I like it? Yes. Did I love it? No. Ive been anxiously awaiting the chance to test drive the new Panamera and today was the day. I currently drive a 2014 Panamera S model. So, this is my second Porsche (911 prior), and I'm certainly no expert. The car we drove was a 4S model. First off, I really liked the changes to the back end and headlights. I thought the power fell identical and the handling was more better in the 17 although not a big surprise there. I will be in the minority here, but I actually prefer the interior in the prior model bc I like the "cockpit feel". The car is WAY more technically advanced and many will like that. The one BIG negative to the new model is the sound- my 14 S sounds like a Porsche!! The new model is much more tame, like a VW Touareg. Many Porsche guys will NOT like the engine sound. The salesguy (sorry Porsche brand ambassador) even said he was disappointed in the engine sound and blamed the EPA. Anyhow, plenty of positives on the 17 but I'm keeping my 14 for a while longer as I have a warranty for 100k miles and I've got 34k. I think I get him a detail this week and start watch shopping!!!!! SkyD blue maybe.......

I love the new Panamera, it is a very cool car with tons of technology. The interior is outstanding.

Not mine (but I do appreciate it for sure). I am a Jaguar man. This is mine.

Wow looks amazing! Not worth it to me however. I think you made the right choice!
