Incoming! First full pm ...
Went with the Day-Date Gold Silver Motif Dial. I find it to be totally stunning and classy. Im a hard no on romans. So love that it has the sticks/battons.

I’m very conflicted for this one. The dials are each beautiful and I don’t know if I prefer the modern Romans or Lumed batons.

Great watch congratulations!
I'm with you on the Romans. I like the look of the romans but the lumed batons are easier to read and more practical. Good choice Sent from my Galaxy S20 using Tapatalk |

Heavy hitter!
I think either dial (sticks or romans) is great on the DD40. I prefer the romans personally due to them matching the fluted bezel. Not sure why some need lume on a DD40, do you guys plan on going spelunking with it? |

Shame they didn't break out the full bottle of champagne for the occasion! Kidding aside, what a lovely piece - congrats!

Congrats, probably the most widely recognized heavy hitter Rolex ever produced. Wear in good health.
