Yes, wildly different due to bezel colors and completely different bracelets. Aesthetically, it’s very different.

Did I mention they’re different…

Yep; absolutely!

OTOH, the 16710 can be both pepsi and noir on either Oyster or Jubilee; one watch, four variations.

It's weird being the same age as old people.

I think you have more GMTs than there are time zones!

Very nice, by the way!

Going against the grain. No.

I was given the opportunity to buy a new black GMT from an AD (surprised me as it’s discontinued, but it was a new recently shipped from the factory to the AD).

I have the BLNR on Jubilee. I thought about it for a good 10 minutes looking at that black GMT, and decided against it.

The watch is great, and I really like the oyster PCL bracelet. But they’re just too similar design-wise that it wouldn’t feel like I’m wearing a different watch. There’s so many great watches out there, and if you’re building a collection, I’d want some meaning to each piece that you really appreciate. It’s hard for me to appreciate a watch because it’s a different color.

With all that said, if I had a 3 digit watch collection. Sure… I could get 2 or 3 flavors of the Rolex GMT.
