I think the serial number dates it to approx 1993-94 , but I'm no expert .Congratulations on your new purchase ,please Post some pictures when you can as its always nice to see pictures of new purchases. I'm slightly biased towards the 79090 anyway ,My 79090 blue from 1989 serial 27xxx for reference
