Rolex(PCL) cleaning with Rodico ok?

Yep I’m probably crazy but maybe some beneficial insight out there. Will using rodico affect the finish of a Rolex? (Satin and/or polished surfaces) Rodico is awesome just want to know some of its limitations? Also, will pegwood scratch in a normal use setting? (Sharpen every so often to rid itself of dirt is adhered to). Yep I’m officially crazy.

I can’t answer your questions because I don’t even know what those things are but I think you might be over thinking the whole watch cleaning thing.

I’m not going answers ur question but...

I’ll offer u this...
I use only water to rinse my watch and not that often..
It’s really all u need regularly...
Perhaps a sonic cleaner for the bracelet couple times per year...

Rodico is a putty used by watchmakers usually on parts....sometimes the dial. It's pretty benign but leaves a slight white residue if you go too hard with it. I'm not sure why you'd even try this on a bracelet.....just water and a microfiber/something soft is plenty fine.

Just water, soap and a soft brush. That should be enough for exterior cleaning.

If rodico is gentle enough for a dial it's gentle enough for anything else
