Root beer????

I roll my eyes at nickname threads with the best of 'em but this "Root Beer" thing is grinding my gears.
The Root Beer was a watch that looks nothing like this new TT.

If the CHNR stands for Chocolat Noir, then Rolex have already given us a perfectly good nickname: Black Chocolate.

Why are we insisting on trying to receive a dead name from a watch with a different colour scheme?
