Stolen: Rolex Blue Submariner 116613LB S/N 568Z40S5
Stolen from my flat in Mid Levels, Hong Kong. Was in drawer in bedside table. Had plumber and A/C technician doing work in other part of flat. Noticed it missing a couple of days later. Police report filed and listed on The Watch Register. Still have box and warranty. Stolen: Rolex Blue Submariner 116613LB S/N 568Z40S5 |

Sorry to hear Peter.
If it was the trades people, no doubt they’ll be caught quickly. Good luck recovering your Sub |

Sorry to hear, hope you will find it soon! Just curious from your username, are you a bus driver in HK?

Thanks for the thoughts.
I was an A330 Airbus driver in HK until the company (Dragonair/Cathay Dragon) I worked for was shut down due Covid. Now unemployed in Phuket, Thailand. Watch went missing a couple of months ago. Just thought I'd list it here in case anyone did a serial # search. |

That's unfortunate, it reminds me of the new celebrity Derek Mak that got laid off as a pilot and is now in TVB. |

Yeah, I used to fly with Derek; he'll be back in the air again soon.
In HK there're about 40 Rolex dealers (with little stock) and probably nearly as many grey dealers with completely full displays at ridiculous prices. A surprisingly high percentage of bus and taxi drivers wear Rolexs, although they're usually 50+ and probably bought their aging Datejusts many years ago when prices were more affordable. |
