Kick a dead horse - Timepiece Gentlemen

I have watched a couple of their recent videos, looks to me like more of the same, but has anyone done business with them? Is their reputation better? Worse? Does it look like a viable and trustworthy business now?

I am just curious, my personal opinion is I would never deal with these guys for a variety of reasons, we won’t go in to that but if I am in the minority then please fill us in on your satisfactory transaction

(Or complain about a bad one)

They are probably laundering money, or just running a very fiscal irresponsible business. Clock is ticking

Never in a million years. And I don't watch their videos either. Am I missing anything good?

I watched a little, the all have about as much class as a rat with a gold tooth.....gringe worthy.

Embarrassing.

No longer watch after the disappearing act. I do see Instagram posts that look like they are back in full swing.

Before Big Tony's "successful" pivot, I watched their videos every week. Since then, have not watched even one.

Never bought from them, but the videos are getting more and more cringe worthy. Video quality is really high, and you can tell they put a lot of time into their channel. But, they do some really weird stuff. He needs partners and money loans, but hes wearing a $300,000 patek. His sales kid that he got last year is now buying a lambo LOL. Anthony has a lambo, but needs money from investors. It looks like less of a business and more of a hobby that pays the bills.

What I find the worst thing is when they get a watch in, it is up for grabs for one of the staff or themselves to wear until it sells. I will only buy a watch that I can see the pictures of before the purchase. Another thing they say often is they send watches off for polishing. I am very picky about scratches and dings and will avoid a watch that has noticeable scratches or has been polished. I won't mind it if at service with Rolex they polish the watch because they have very highly trained personnel for a proper service polishing. It's not as easy as some think. On Rolex web site they explain the process very well. https://www.rolex.com/about-rolex-wa...the-sheen.html

I don’t really care how much money people make and am generally happy for successful people. The question I have is do other watch dealers have incomes that can support the spending TPG does? If so then great, if not then how can TPG support this lifestyle while other similar business can’t?

Their videos make me sad in a way … I can’t put my finger on it. I guess they are the epitome of everything that I don’t like about the watch hobby.
