i saw one for 3400 yesterday. its a HEFTY watch-man you think the SD is big and heavy. it looks way too big after wearing my SD and the bezel feels cheap and rachety in comparison imho. i do like the dial though

Vernon, thanks for the link,to this pic. It all depends on the MSRP from the agents of Omega,in my country.I know the AD will give me a good discount.Waiting for him to get back to me on availabillity and the price,on Monday. If its cheap,I'll get it.If its too close in price to a new or used GMT II or EXPL II,I'll rather go for that.
Nice looking watch, though. It will be the "take the knocks" watch.I also will enjoy the large size ..

Well BlueBull IMHO I would suggest you to go for GMT Master or Explorer as there's no comparison between an Omega or a Rolex. Rolex is simply gr8 as I've owned many Omegas and still own one. No doubt Omegas are vry good but if compared with Rolex they dont count that much. For the watch you requested the best price you would bet for BNIB is around $2600~$2800.
So if you go little bit more $$$ you could get a nice preowned GMT or Explorer.

Ashu,it just depends on the price. The AD can do miracles with discounts. If its to close to a Rolex,I wont go for it... I will know early next week.

No,JJ will stick to the black version, not the orange ... Although the Milgauss designers somehow think orange was a good choice and will stand the test of time ...

JJ - I believe this is the 2nd time you have posted a pic of the spectacular orange PO. I'm starting to wonder, are you developing a "thing" for this watch????? Could there be one in your future????? Please advise.

P.S. I love mine, and start to drool every time I look at it. This after 2 years of owning it. Best, Larry.
