Hypothetical collection, if you could have 2 of each Metal…

If you could pick the following for your 10 watch collection, what would it be:
2 stainless
2 two tone (if desired), if not, add 2 more stainless.
2 yellow gold
2 rose gold
2 white gold

Tough to pick and choose but got me thinking. Also let’s assume all are from an AD at retail.

Stainless: SD43, Blue Skydweller
Two Tone: Rootbeer, Bluesy
Yellow Gold: Green Daytona, Diamond Dial DD
Rose Gold: DD Eisenkiesel, Chocolate Daytona
White Gold: Meteorite daytona, Meteorite Pepsi

I feel whilst there are 3 Daytonas, they are different enough to be included.

I don't have so many favourites from the curent line up, so my choices are on a lower number than your 1o watch collection:

SS - Submariner 114o6o
TT - DJ36 YG&SS batons champagne dial, jubilee with fluted or diamond bezel
YG - Green Daytona
WG - Meteorite BLRO

From the currently produced references then I’d go with:

SS - BLNR, D-Blue, Daytona (black dial)

TT - Explorer, maybe some configuration of a 36mm DJ

YG - Not for me

RG - CHNR

WG - DD (white dial)

If your up to 10, I’d have to say you’d have to throw in a platinum model, just for for yucks

Ok, here goes... I'm going to include out-of-production models that I'm told can still be found in cases from time to time in various parts of the world, as well as Tudor. Because, well, nobody told me I couldn't...

Steel: Explorer 36, OP36 bright blue, OP34 silver
TT: Tudor Glamour 36 opaline/leather
YG: DD36 118138, whatever dial I can find (or current DD36 w/leather)
WG: DD36, silver dial
RG: YM37 (don't love, nor do I love RG, but hey, might as well pick the hardest to flip if I have to pick one )

And then, of course, a YG, RG and WG of whatever my wife wanted, since I don't like bigger watches and am not a huge PM fan. Though I'll admit, part of me would like to see if I could pull off a YG DJ31 on a strap, for a true vintage dress watch vibe...
