What Rolex would you add to this collection?

Im hoping to add the GMT Pepsi on an oyster band if I can ever get one. I don't have any GMTs and could use a non chronograph as I am pretty much a chronograph collector. Was offered a 126719BLRO yesterday form my AD but just not comfortable dropping 38+tax on watch right now so turned it down. Kicking myself a bit but id prefer the SS.

BLRO, BLNR, or CHNR. So as to cover all bases, 226570 Exp.II.

You can’t go wrong with a steel Sub or a steel Gmt!

Anything not a chronograph. Just looking at the collection, not knowing anything about you, I’d say it’s time for a dress watch. And in that case I’m not sure Rolex is the best option.

So goes for SS BLRO (Pepsi) at your AD.

Any GMT. Maybe the CHNR just to add a pop of color and PM to your collection.

I would add either a GMT (BLRO or BLNR) or maybe a TT Yachtmaster 40 for some color!

Thanks. Kinda wished I had not turned down that 126719BLRO but that price is not easy to swallow hype or not. Id prefer the 9k SS version.

I'm glad we are being picky and waiting for our dream watches but realistically if ADs think you're lucky to get a DJ or DD these days, getting a SS Pepsi without much history isn't likely.

The hot SS are likely even more going to the big clients and dealers. Meaning you have to be prepared to spend if you want a chance at the hotter stuff.

If you can't buy a 38k hot PM model why should they sell you the SS? Game right now is different than it was even 2 years ago.

Given your like of complications I’d suggest a Sky Dweller

What Rolex would you add to this collection?

My collection is similar (obviously smaller, but still similar in appearance) and I’m adding a DJ41, silver dial, fluted bezel, jubilee bracelet.

A GMT is a fine addition to your collection, but I’d also add a diver

Basically get rid of everything other than the Daytona and start, building a Rolex collection.

Maybe you can keep the original speedmaster if you really want an omega that bad. But no need to have multiple omegas at all.

If interested in Rolex only I’d say a SS GMT or a Sub. If other brands are in the play, I’d go with GS Snowflake. With a GS you get a color, another great non Swiss brand and a dress piece.

I think you got the right answer. Exactly my thought after I looked at the pic...if there were my collection i'd be adding a SS pepsi (and replacing the seamaster with some sort of sub - hulk, 41 LN or LV)

I’d go with a D-Blue, SD43, Sub Date or GMT
