Rolex datejust 41

Hi all

I have just bought my first Rolex which is a datejust 41 with a silver dial. I love the watch but have noticed that the hands are not luminous when viewed in the dark. Should they be?

Regards

Tony

Hi Tony. Yes, of course the hands should be luminous.

Rolex datejust 41

Has the watch been in sunlight recently? Try shining your phone flashlight on your dial and turning the lights off? If the lume doesn’t charge I’d say there’s an issue. (Sun light is the best way to charge your lume though)

Welcome and a great choice !

yes they are luminous - even with a bit of sun they light up beautifully.
