Had a brilliant night, I was in tears of laughter at one stage. I have been to many GTG's in the past, and this is the third GTG I have attended when a draw has occurred. Just want to assure everyone it was totally fair AND random. Steve went to great pains to make sure of that. The draws are real, and I have a beautiful 114060 Submariner that proves it ( I wore it on the night as my lucky charm, but didn't work for me this time, damn!)

Big callout thanks to;
Peter for organising such a great night (again)
Sanjay for the great pics (again)
Craig for the laughs (and the dog with anxiety issues, ;-)
and Soly for coming the farthest (sort of)

Looking forward to the next one... Rob, are you in Sydney again this January?

It was a fun night. I had the pleasure to meet a great group of people. Thanks to Peter for organizing this great night and Steve for making sure the draw is 100% legit. I got the video to prove it!

Looking forward to the next one.

Thanks for the kind words about the pics guys, surely had a great time. Must say a big part of that is because you'll look so photogenic with those timers strapped on:)

Hi Sanjay

Broke my ceramic!!! (luckily the left one)

installation was a bit of a disaster, as you can see from the pic below
When the plumber and I opened the box, it was on the edge of the bench, and the lid slipped out and BANG onto a concrete floor!
Maybe a few too many beers the night before...?

Anyway, I'm off to the shop now to see if they carry spare parts, but I think I'll need to buy a whole new unit!

Wife not very happy with me

I doubt that. But aside from that mishap, thanks for sharing those pics. As was said, it's what a TRF GTG should be. Sorry, I couldn't be there, but a 17 hour flight for dinner is not quite my style.
