How do I contact Tudor???

**I hope it is OK to post a Tudor question on the Rolex Forum-mods, please move this post if it is inappropriate!**

To make a long story short, I bought a Tudor Prince-Quartz Oysterdate and the bracelet (78370) is too small. I need about 2-3 links. I tried to go on to the Tudor website, but could not locate any contact information.
Does anyone know how to contact Tudor, or where I can get a few links for my 78370 bracelet?
It is a beautiful watch, and I will post pics of it as soon as I can get it to fit on my wrist!
Thanks for any and all information!
Ron

Should be able to contact Tudor through your local Rolex AD.

Because Tudor are not sold in the U.S., you probably won't be able to get links through Rolex there. Tim (train-time) here ran into the same problem when trying to source an owner's manual and the tool to set the date on his Tudor. He even called Rolex Canada to no avail.

I was able to order both items through my AD here in Canada. I've already sent him the manual and as soon as I finish here I'll be heading out to mail him the setting tool, which arrived a couple of days ago.

If you're stuck, PM me and I'll see if I can get links for you.

That bracelet number is awfully close to those used by Rolex.. Will the bracelet use the same replacement links as the Rolex Oyster bracelets do......

I believe that bracelet is the same as a 78360 except for the end pieces which are unique to that quartz model Tudor. Try the links from a regular oyster, if it doesn't work then the RSC in NYC either has them or can get them but you must bring the watch in with you as they won't sell them over the counter without it.

Links for bracelets or straps can be ordered at any US Rolex AD. They may have to call Rolex USA to get the correct item, but they can get it. It's the special things like user's manuals and accessories that originally came with the watch that are harder to get without going to a Tudor AD.

Wow! Thanks for all the replies...

I guess my first step is to go to the nearest Rolex AD. Thanks to all who replied!

Tudor will not sell them to you in the US.

Rolex does not sell Tudor in the USA and dealers can't buy Tudor parts in the US.

Do you travel to Europe or Canada often? If so that's the only way you can get them from a dealer.

Post a message in the Marketplace and there are some members here who will be able to help you get them.

Good luck and enjoy your Tudor :)

Rolex US will service Tudors at the RSC in New York and Dallas. The watches are not sold in the US, but they will service them for you.

I have personally ordered extra bracelet links and new straps for Tudor Chronographs at my local Rolex AD in the US with no problem. Just check with your AD, they will need to see the bracelet that you need extra links for to describe it or provide it's numbers to RSC in NY to get you the parts.

Not so Jeremy, you can go to the RSC-NYC in person and buy links if you need them( I know because I did so last year), but you must show up with the watch and they will only sell it to you if they put it on and not over the counter.

My 2c, If you are in NYC RSC-NYC is the BEST option: thanks to "Wolfgang" who showed me this path.

Unfortunately, if you are like me away in California, this additional link can be very expensive and can be got only at Rolex AD who has watchmaker, now this AD will not sell for $37+tax; they will charge you for S&H from Rolex and service charge(rip off) of $15.. so you are loking @$75.

BTW, RSC NY Customer Service are really great... they will give you part number over the phone and if you get a reasonable AD they will get you for $37+tax.

Good luck.

In UK you can order parts through a Rolex AD even though Tudor are not sold in UK. Try your local AD.
