Which do you prefer 007 or 009?

I also have the srpa21, so when I want to use blue and red I use that one.

However, recently I’ve been wearing the 007 about 80% of the time!

Don’t know why, it just happens. Maybe it’s the jubilee bracelet?

I have had 009 but I never really bonded with it for some reason and sold it. The 007 however is one I have taken to (especially on the jubilee bracelet) and is a watch IMHO that really ought to be in most watch lover's collection.

To clarify

007 is all black. 009 is blue and red (Pepsi), I should have done a poll, but so far this debate is not burning up the internet.

007 for me but I am biased. Most of my watches lean black, white, and silver complexion though, so I don't have a lot of color. I have the Seiko sea urchin which I love and would take over those, but that is just a matter of style and not function. Let us know your preference and we can then tell you why you are wrong

The 007 was my first mechanical watch, I don't own a 009 so the 007 is definitely my favourite. I might get a 009j sometime though.

Right, and the dial is such a dark blue it looks black. So you really can't tell.

I have 007j , 009j and 011j ( orange). 007 is most versitale, but 009 is great contender.
Orange 011 is great weekend watch.

I had a 009 but it was too big for me and running at -12s per day so I sold it and went with the SBCM025. It looks similar to the 009 but is smaller (38mm) and has a HAQ movement and perpetual calendar date. I put it on a Seiko jubilee from the SKX013 and it amazing. With an 8 year battery life, 20s per year accuracy, and perpetual calendar date it is truly grab and go.

This watch is almost 2 times the cost of the SKX. I liked the one I had, it is more refined than a SKX also. But it was too small for me.
